How do i place an order?
Easy just browse through our shopping pages to choose an item just click add to cart button and follow the links, you can either continue shopping or go to 'veiw cart' and check out to complete payment
What is your Pricing?
Here is how we price our supplies
If custom ordering from any of the
following stores:
Wilkinson,
Tesco,
Argos,
B&Q
Primark,
Boots,
Plus much more stores available, please just ask
us
The way we do this is by you letting us
know in writing what exactly you want, this can be a list of foods or
goods, any items except frozen or chilled (although we can include a
packet of sausages and bacon and sealed cheddar cheese)
Then we will hunt out any special
offers or sale items and let you know a price which we would
normally add 35% if under £100 or 25% to the value if over £100. For example: you may want a mixture of grocery foods from Tescos which
add up to the value of £120 plus our commission fee of £30 totals:
£150
Online our pre-packaged parcels and
hampers offer great value as they have been purchased via a
wholesalers and we've already added our commissions to the cost.
Our Pre packaged bulk food offers
allow you to purchase food at discounted retail prices saving you
even more money
Our Custom ordered Trade bulk goods or
foods we can supply direct to you at best prices for you to
really stock up on all your favourite items and allow traders in
france to re-sell in their stores
for a profit
Don't forget we have the cheapest
food and goods store online available for you and our delivery
system is also the lowest you will find for heavy parcels and
express service from England to France
How do i pay?
You can pay by paypal, credit or debit cards as shown
payments are made using paypal's secure payment system (one of the largest and regonised payment system available) under a private secure gateway * we and anyone else cannot access your payment details it is done through paypal's secure page with login and password and you will receive a comfirmation by email
Do i have to be a member of paypal to pay?
No, the system will allow you to pay by card without registering
How much is postage?
Postage charges as below, you may order several items and as you add them to the shopping cart, postage costs will alter acording to the price, weight and size of the parcel, if we are not able to package your items in one box we will contact you regarding the seperate postage costs also if your order exceeds 30kg limit
For custom bulk orders over 30kg will be quoted a special discounted postage

What happens once i have ordered and when will i receive my parcel?
When you order, once received your items will be packaged and ready for collection from our depot by the courier, it then is trackable, if you like to know the status please contact us and we will let you know
For a speadier delivery please order before 12.00 midday so we can prepare your package, so for example: you order a hamper monday morning, your parcel is collected tuesday and on its way you receive thursday or friday.
For custom orders please request before wednesday as this is when we buy more stock from our suppliers or we go to the stores you want and we can then look out for what you want
Will i need to sign for my parcel when its delivered?
Yes, you will need someone there to receive it
Can i return items?
We would only allow returns and refunds if we have made a mistake
Can i get a discount?
If you want to order in larger bulk qty's then we will discount prices and negotiate further on delivery
Or why not share cost of a parcel with a freind just order to one address and let your freind know when it arrives!
